Advantages
Even distribution of air holes : with closed cell, foams are evenly distributed with approximately the same shape and size.
High stability : weather-resistant, low temperature-resistant, and solvent-resistant.
Smooth and appealing surface : The surface of Foam is smooth and appealing that can be applied in various colors; it can be used for exterior surfaces.
Roll supply : The continuous production technique allows for consistent quality. It comes in the roll form such that it is easy for shipment as well as for processing.
Excellent process ability : Foam is light weight. Its high elasticity allows multiple types of processing.
Extremely low water absorption or moisture penetration rate.
Multiple applications : Foam’s integrated and complementary applicability enables the customers extend their product’s to meet new challenges.
EPDM FOAM
It is a synthetic rubber, made from the saturated chain of polyethylene. EPDM foam is a widely-used material across the world and forms the foundations for many products in our day-to-day lives. From the hose pipe used to water our garden to the material used under our house’s roof tiles, EPDM is a
versatile material
EVA FOAM
EVA foam is one class of widely used foam in which EVA stands for ethylene-vinyl acetate. It is a copolymer of Ethylene and vinyl acetate. Eva foam can be used as an effective substitute for many harmful chemical products used in manufacturing process.
It is an apt substitute for natural rubber, vinyl, neoprene, polyurethane
SBR FOAM
It comes from the family of synthetic rubber, made from styrene and butadiene. SBR foam is widely-used material across the world because it offers excellent bounce back effect. SBR foam is majorly used in orthotic devices to provide better cushioning and give pressure relief during pain in areas like limbs or spine.
PE FOAM
PE stands for Polyethylene and has similar polymers of ethylene. It is a common form of plastic and its usage is abundant in our lives. PE foam is a durable, lightweight, resilient, closed-cell material. It is often used for packaging fragile goods due to its excellent vibration dampening and insulation properties.
